Terms of Service
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the operator of MajoFlow ("MajoFlow", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the MajoFlow websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
2. Who Operates the Service
The Service is currently operated by the MajoFlow team ("MajoFlow Team"). We are in the process of establishing a dedicated operating entity; once formed, the responsible entity and its registered details will be published here and will become the contracting party under these Terms. 3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law. The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.
4. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for the information you provide at registration, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear compromised, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
5. The Service
MajoFlow is a multimodal AI creation canvas and visual-production workflow. It lets you organize text, images, video, audio, references, and generated results in one project, and route creative tasks to third-party AI models. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and availability of specific AI models may change.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses third-party AI models to generate outputs from your inputs. You understand and accept that:
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, may resemble existing works, and may not be unique — identical or similar prompts can produce similar results for other users;
- outputs are generated automatically and are not reviewed by us before delivery;
- your use of specific models is also subject to the terms and acceptable-use policies of the underlying model providers;
- you are responsible for reviewing outputs and for how you use, publish, or distribute them.
7. Your Content, Ownership, and Model Terms
Your Input. You keep the rights you hold in the content you upload or provide ("Input"). You represent that you have the necessary rights to your Input and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
Your Output. MajoFlow is an aggregation layer over third-party AI models; we are not the source of rights in generated content ("Output"). The ownership and permitted use of Output — including whether you may use it commercially — are determined by the terms of the model provider you selected and of any channel through which we access that model. We do not grant you rights we do not hold, and we do not determine or guarantee the ownership, originality, or non-infringing nature of any Output. Different models carry different terms; before relying on or commercializing an Output, review the applicable model's terms — see our Model & Content Terms.
Our license. To operate the Service, you grant MajoFlow a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your Input and Output solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service for you. We do not claim ownership of your Input or Output, and we do not use your project content to train our own foundation models.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content or to engage in conduct that:
- is illegal, or facilitates illegal activity;
- sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way, including any child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance; we will report and cooperate with authorities);
- is non-consensual intimate or explicit imagery, or that depicts a real, identifiable person (including deepfakes) without their consent;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- harasses, defames, threatens, or promotes violence, self-harm, or hatred against people or groups;
- is deceptive, including impersonation or content designed to defraud or mislead (e.g. disinformation, scams);
- is sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise adult content — the Service and its integrated models are not intended for adult content;
- clones or imitates another person's voice, or uses a real person's likeness or voice, without their consent, and for any commercial use without the necessary rights;
- contains malware, or attempts to breach, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service, its rate limits, or its security;
- resells or redistributes the Service, or shares credentials, without our written permission.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate access for violations, and may cooperate with law enforcement where required. To report content that may violate these rules — including suspected child sexual abuse material, which we report to the appropriate authorities such as NCMEC — email [email protected].
9. MANA Credits, Paid Products, and Billing
The Service uses "MANA" as an internal credit unit consumed when you run AI generations. We may offer paid MANA packs, access passes (such as Pro), and other digital products. Prices, included MANA, access periods, and availability are shown before checkout and may change for future purchases; changes do not retroactively affect completed orders. MANA and access have no cash value outside the Service except where required by law or by our Refund Policy.
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers, which may include Stripe and Creem. The provider shown at checkout may act as processor and, where applicable, as merchant of record, and may handle collection, tax, receipts, refunds, and disputes under its own terms.
10. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because MANA and access are digital goods delivered immediately and drawing on external model and infrastructure costs, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or where we made a billing error.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and providers, including cloud hosting and storage, database and authentication services, payment providers, and AI model providers. Their processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services' own acts, terms, or availability.
12. Our Intellectual Property
The Service itself — including MajoFlow's software, interface, design, brand, and content we create — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership in the Service to you.
13. Feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use them to improve the Service, without obligation to you.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MajoFlow and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. To the extent we are found liable, our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MajoFlow and its team from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Input or Output, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of applicable law or third-party rights.
17. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
The governing law and dispute-resolution venue for these Terms will be set out here once our operating entity is established, based on that entity's place of registration. Until then, these Terms are to be interpreted reasonably and in good faith, and nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under the mandatory law of your place of residence.
