Model & Content Terms
1. How This Works
MajoFlow is a creation layer over third-party AI models. When you generate an Output, your rights in it — including whether you may use it commercially — are determined by the terms and content policies of the model that produced it, which may change over time. Before relying on or commercializing an Output, review the current terms applicable to the model you used. If you are unsure which terms apply to a given model, contact us and we will point you to them.
2. Models We Integrate
The set of available models changes over time. It currently includes models such as Seedance, Kling, Veo, Sora, Hailuo, GPT Image, NanoBanana, Midjourney, Niji, Fish Audio, Gemini, and WorldLabs, among others. Availability, names, and capabilities may change without notice.
3. Points to Watch
- Commercial use varies by model. Some models grant broad commercial rights to paying users; others impose conditions. Confirm before commercializing an Output.
- Visibility. Some models may make generations publicly visible by default, or apply conditions based on plan or revenue. Review the applicable model's terms if visibility or commercial use matters to you.
- Voice and likeness. Generating or cloning a real person's voice or likeness may require that person's consent and, for commercial use, additional rights — regardless of what a model technically allows.
- Your responsibility. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs and for how you use, publish, or distribute them, as set out in our Terms.
4. No Adult Content
The Service and its integrated models are not intended for sexually explicit or pornographic content, and generating such content is prohibited under our Terms (Acceptable Use).
