Cookie & Local Storage Policy
1. What We Use
MajoFlow relies mainly on browser local storage and similar client-side technologies (rather than traditional tracking cookies) to keep the product working. These are set on your own device and are not used to profile you or to serve advertising.
2. Categories
| Category | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Authentication / session tokens | Keep you securely signed in |
| Functional | Theme (light/dark), interface settings, cloud-sync preference, cookie-notice acknowledgement, website language choice (a first-party cookie, set only when you pick a language) | Remember your preferences across visits |
| Local working data | Creation drafts, chat history (in local storage / IndexedDB) | Preserve your in-progress work on your device |
We do not have advertising, marketing, or analytics storage categories. We do measure how our public pages, sign-up, and checkout are used (see Section 2 of our Privacy Policy), but that measurement stores nothing on your device: the visit identifier lives only in the open tab's memory and is gone when the tab is closed or reloaded. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which we use for aggregate traffic counts, likewise sets no cookies.
3. Third-Party Requests
Some third parties we rely on to deliver the Service may set their own cookies or receive technical data when your browser contacts them — for example our payment providers (Stripe, Creem) during checkout, Google Fonts when loading interface fonts, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, whose script reports page views without setting cookies. Their use of such data is governed by their own policies.
4. Your Control
Because our storage is essential and functional, disabling it may break core features such as staying signed in or keeping your settings. You can clear local storage and cookies at any time through your browser settings, and you can use private/incognito mode to avoid persistence. Our site usage statistics are skipped entirely when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. If our practices change to include any non-essential cookies or device storage, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent first.
